There is an $8.50 shipping and handling charge. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from card balance starting 1^st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal. There is a $5.00 fee to replace a lost, stolen or damaged card, except as prohibited by law. Not redeemable for cash or credit, except as stated in card agreement. What’s New

Federal Realty Investment Trust Planning New Class A Office Building at Santana Row

Federal Realty Investment Trust, owners of Santana Row, is seeking approval from the City of San Jose for a new Class A Office Building at Santana Row. To be built on the site at the corner of Winchester Boulevard and Olsen Avenue, the six‐story tower will house approximately 220,000 square feet of office area and 660 dedicated parking spaces in a secure underground parking structure. The office space is designed with large, open 36,000 square foot floor plates and ceiling heights over 13’ tall to provide superior natural light, and is expected to receive LEED Gold certification. The building’s location on Winchester Boulevard in Santana Row provides easy access to and from Highways I‐280, I‐880 and 17.

Santana Row Begins Construction on 212 New Rental Homes

Santana Row has begun construction on a resort‐style residential rental community. The new community will feature 212 rental homes, located behind Diesel and Pasta Pomodoro on Santana Row, and is expected to be completed in late summer/early fall 2013. Completion will bring the total number of residences at Santana Row to 834; 615 of which are rentals. The new project also includes a 370 stall resident parking garage.

From 280 southbound
