Well last Sunday I was strolling down Santana Row (Well, it was more of a mad rush from store to store) purchasing as many things as I could hold. Its my little secret tradition to delicately glide into Footcandy and stare, mouth slightly agape, at the Manolos and Jimmy Choo’s, knowing that not even in my wildest dreams could I convince my mother to pass over the American Express just for one “necessary” purchase.

Many of the techniques are similar to Swedish, however, the pressure will tend to be more intense and focused. Therapists specializing in Deep Tissue focus on releasing chronic muscle tension and knots.
