Try to imagine a relaxing and fun shopping trip on Black Friday. Impossible? Think again! Black Friday is easily one of the best days of the year at Santana Row. Not only are there great deals on shopping, but there will also be extended store hours, discounts on food, free gifts with purchases, and amazing (American Idol status!) music! Come out to Santana Row on Black Friday and actually have fun and relax while you score deals, savor food, and spend time with those you love. As a gift for shoppers who spend $400 or more on Friday, November 25, you will receive a pair of tickets to Broadway San Jose’s performance of Cats! Customers must present same day receipts to the Concierge Center to receive tickets. However, tickets are only available while supplies last, so hurry in!
As if all the great deals and giveaways aren’t enough, we will also be welcoming a special guest to Santana Row on Black Friday. American Idol finalist and Santa Cruz native, James Durbin, will be at Santana Row to perform and sign copies of his CDs! This extraordinary singer will be performing in Santana Row Park at 12 noon and will be signing copies of his new album “Memories of a Beautiful Disaster” at 10am! James will be selling his CD and T-shirts in the park, and his CD is also available for purchase at Best Buy on Santana Row.
Sometimes, after I do a lot of shopping, I feel in the mood to give. If you want to benefit those less fortunate than yourself this holiday season, give warmth to San Jose’s neediest at The Row’s 7th annual ‘One Warm Coat’ drive, which begins on Black Friday. If you decide to participate on the very first day of the drive by dropping off a new or gently used coat in Oak Tree Lounge in front of Pinkberry on Friday, November 25th, you will receive a special gift! We will be handing out Santana Row logoed lawn chairs to participants while supplies last. The ‘One Warm Coat’ drive will continue through December 31.
