Hotel Valencia’s Fashiontini Thursday’s Review
It's the season for giving, and of course, holiday shopping! Hotel Valencia had their seasonal Fashiontini (fashion show + martini) last Thursday, November 5th in the Valencia ballroom to showcase holiday looks for the upcoming holidays. More importantly, raffle tickets were sold to help raise money for the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital of Stanford!
Franco Uomo, Anthropologie and Anne Fontaine were this Fashiontini's main contenders. Bold and warm colors of dark green, deep blue, maroon, velvet purple with hints of gold and silver were seen throughout the outfits. Anne Fontaine showed us that black & white will always give women the "classic" look, appropriate for any Thanksgiving or Christmas soiree. Anthropolige presented us with adorable and timeless looks that resulted in many "oohs and awes" from the audience. From sophisticated, knitted shalls, satin dresses, warm wrap-around coats, and let's not forget one-of-a-kind jewelry; Anthropologie always brings something unique to the table for any occasion. Hands down. Last but not least, Franco Uomo showcased a collection of fine tailored suits for men. Each model was paired with cufflinks, bow ties and/or handkerchiefs, all of which had impeccable detail. Franco Uomo is your one stop shop for fine tailoring for the well-groomed and handsome man.
