This movie truly is an epic film. I actually will call it brain candy. It stimulated the brain, but all extra calories and worth every bite. Our group loved the cinematography, and the acting was pretty good. At times the script was a bit corny, but when Hugh Jackman is the leading man then it really doesn’t matter the content of the film. So now we should say eye candy instead of brain candy. Nicole Kidman’s wardrobe is fantastic and again worth the price of admission. Our group is so happy to be out with friends and seeing a movie it takes a lot for it to be labeled a waste of time. Australia is a beautiful film with a good story (a bit long) but definitely fun to see on the big screen. Did I mention I am going to be 40 tomorrow? So this was the perfect way to cruz into the next decade. With great girlfriends and a spectacular evening!
