What a great way to kick-off our movie club, but the movie was a bit of a bust. Star studded cast: Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Eva Mendes, Debra Messing, Jada Pinkett Smith, Candice Bergen and many others, but the script was weak and didn’t have much depth. A few laughs here and there (thank goodness for Debra Messing), but other than that not sure if this movie is even worth the rental. What did the movie club think? Same as me, but it was fun to get out and everyone is ready to come back for another movie next month. We had about 13 women that joined us. They all had a great time, and I hope they come again.
