New Year’s at LB Steak

Still weighing options for a New Year’s celebration?  Looking for a special meal, something different?  This year, LB Steak will be offering a Roasted Leg Loin of Venison as a menu addition.  Venison, which now refers exclusively to deer meat, has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is owed to the meat's lower fat content.  A healthy alternative to beef, this can provide a nice balance to the many other indulgences (hello desserts!) during the holidays.  With sweet potato spaetzel, chestnut velouté, shaved truffles, and juniper port jus, this scrumptious Venison meal will be a fabulous (and healthy!) way to kick off New Years Eve.  And it sure will be a festive evening at LB Steak! Featuring a Steaktacular menu, 4-course prix fixe, balloons, noise makers, and of course, a complimentary champagne toast at midnight!

For reservations, menus, and more information visit www.lbsteak.com or call 408.244.1180.  Happy Holidays!
