Still weighing options for a New Year’s celebration?  Looking for a special meal, something different?  This year, LB Steak will be offering a Roasted Leg Loin of Venison as a menu addition.  Venison, which now refers exclusively to deer meat, has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is owed to the meat’s lower fat content.  A healthy alternative to beef, this can provide a nice balance to the many other indulgences (hello desserts!) during the holidays…..
