While many may want us to believe that this season will be filled with empty shopping avenues and an Amazon-fueled checklist, we know the truth: time spent outdoors in a safely distanced environment following CDC recommended guidelines still allows shoppers to enjoy the season.
If there’s one thing we know to be true at Santana Row, it’s… the (fashion) show must go on!
This holiday season, we transformed our annual Fall Fashion Show into a digital showcase by partnering with Silicon Valley micro-influencers. We created a locally focused, fashion forward guide to enjoying Santana Row and all it has to offer. Each Influencer is San Jose approved—and, by their followers and engagement rates, we’re fairly certain they love us, too.
Each influencer takes you through their own Santana Row experience, creating a storyline that extends far past the capabilities of an in-person fashion show. You’ll get to see the hottest new looks from Santana Row shops, a romantic staycation at Hotel Valencia, outdoor fitness classes, dining al fresco on our restaurant’s expanded patios (coupled with some tasty food shots), and more.
By bringing the fashion show directly to shoppers on the platforms they’re already scrolling on, we made this once-inclusive event open for all to enjoy… and the videos received a HUGE response from our audiences!

Despite all of the perceived limitations of holiday shopping, there are always new ways to connect with your audiences and create buzz for your businesses.
