There is an $8.50 shipping and handling charge.  Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from card balance starting 1^st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal. There is a $5.00 fee to replace a lost, stolen or damaged card, except as prohibited by law. Not redeemable for cash or credit, except as stated in card agreement. Additional terms stated in card agreement. Purchase acceptance or use of card constitutes acceptance of card agreement. When a card reaches its valid thru date, the funds do not expire but the plastic does and the cardholder can have the remaining balance transferred to a new card free of charge.

Cards CANNOT be shipped to Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island , Vermont or outside of the United States. A purchaser may not live in New York, and any order over $150.00 must be shipped to the purchasers billing address.
