Burke Williams also offers in-house chiropractic services with Dr. Beatrice Tapia-Borges, a licensed chiropractor who has been practicing in the Bay Area for more than 21 years. Dr. Tapia-Borges  has 20+ years experience with sports injuries, whiplash and mild traumatic brain injuries. She has been certified with the DAN institute for biomedical nutrition.  She is also a certified provider for Interactive Metronome, Neuroinfiniti and Visagraph equipment.  She has years of post graduate study in neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism.  She also is well versed in the latest laser therapies available. 

Dr. Tapia-Borges uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means assessing overall physical, mental and social health and making whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments are necessary to restore normal function.
