Treat your sweetheart to a gourmet Valentine’s Day at Santana Row, where more than a dozen restaurants are offering prix fixe menus, chef’s specials, and delectable desserts menus made especially for lovers.
Amber India (408-248-5400) – serving a five-course prix fixe dinner for $60 plus tax. Dishes include Fennel-scented White Asparagus Soup and Scallop & Prawn Shammi.
Citrus at Hotel Valencia (408-423-5405) – serving a five-course prix fixe dinner for $100 per person. Seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Consuelo’s Mexican Bistro (408-260-7082) – serving a special dish called “Love to Share Fajitas” served in a clay pot, with rice, beans and glasses of Champagne for $35.
LB Steak (408-244-0464) – will feature several special a la carte dishes including Champagne-poached Oysters, Fois Gras Mousse and Banana Souffle Glacee.
Left Bank Brasserie (408-984-3500) – offering a $45 four-course prix fixe which includes an entrée choice of Butter-poached Maine Lobster Tail with Wild Mushroom Risotto or Blackened Vanilla Duck breast & Leg Confit. In addition, Left Bank will serve a special Aphrodisiac Menu from February 8-14.
Lisa’s Tea Treasures (408-247-3613) – Lisa’s annual Valentine’s Day Candlelight Tea includes tea, scones, choice of soup or salad, cherub tea sandwiches, raspberry pastries and chocolate cream puffs for $26.50 per person. Seatings at 6, 6:15 and 6:30 p.m.
Pasta Pomodoro (408-241-2200) – offering a special prix fixe menu priced at $49 per couple. Dishes include Polenta Farcita (polenta with fontina, spinach, brown butter and sage), Salmone Capperi (grilled King Salmon with caper sauce), and Soufflé al Cioccolato (warm chocolate soufflé cake with chocolate sauce).
Rosie McCann’s Irish Pub & Restaurant (408-247-1706) – offering two prix fixe menus priced at $40 and $50 per person. Both include complimentary glass of Champagne.
Roux Louisiana Kitchen (408-249-8000) – the festive New Orleans-style restaurant will offer various chef’s specials as well as $20 bottles of Champagne.
Sino (408-247-8880)- Sino will be decorated with a romantic ambiance. The restaurant will be filled with heart shaped balloons and flower arrangements. Every guest will receive a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry. Customers will enjoy romantic movies such as Sleepless in Seattle.
Thea Mediterranean (408-260-1444) – enjoy the romantic ambiance of the Mediterranean with complimentary glasses of Prosecco while live singers and an accordionist serenade you and your sweetheart.
