Roux Louisiana Kitchen brings The Big Easy to Santana Row with a big New Orleans-style bash to celebrate Mardi Gras.
Laissez les bon temps rouler (“let the good times roll”) in Santana Row’s Park Valencia from 6-9 p.m. with live New Orleans jazz by Bug Horn Rex, jugglers & fire eaters, food & drink samples and face painting. Inside the restaurant, enjoy Roux’ Creole and Cajun cuisine including Etouffe, Gumbo and Jambalaya, as well as drink specials and of course -- bead tossing! Festivities continue inside Roux until midnight.
