LB Steak on Santana Row and DAOU Vineyards and Winery invite you to join for the perfect pairing of highly coveted wines and contemporary American steakhouse cuisine. The evening begins with passed DAOU wines, hors d’oeuvres, and a meet and greet with the legendary winemaker Daniel Daou and National Brand Ambassador and Master Sommelier Fred Dame. You will then take your seat for a memorable four-course menu progression created by Executive Chef Roger Rungpha with wines curated by Daniel and Fred.
