LB Steak is a modern American steakhouse that combines the sophistication of French culinary techniques with the approachability of American dining.  Operating under the banner of the popular Left Bank Brasseries, LB Steak provides a one-of-a-kind dining experience, presenting moderately priced cuisine created by the extraordinarily talented Passot.

Signature dishes include Braised Pork Belly with Five Spices and Coca Cola Glaze, Whole Grilled Petrole Sole, 20 oz. Porterhouse or Lamb Saddle Double Chop.  Guests have the option of selecting a variety of sauces to accompany entrees, such as Yuzu Ponzu Vinaigrette, Soy Citrus, Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese Butter, Peppercorn, Honey & Asian Five Spice and others.  As with any great restaurant, the menu also features a variety of side dishes, both familiar and unique, such as Pommes de Souffle, Mac & Cheese and seasonal vegetables.
