Thea Mediterranean Cuisine, now open at Santana Row, offers diners a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine in a stylish, contemporary setting. Led by Executive Chef Alex Padilla and owners Eduardo and Sylvia Rallo, Thea Mediterranean Cuisine promises to satisfy the increasingly curious palates of South Bay diners with a sophisticated menu focused on the Greek and Turkish influences of the region.

Mediterranean Flavor Profile
After eating his way through Istanbul and Athens during recent travels, Chef Padilla combined his culinary experiences with his skills honed cooking for Nancy Oakes at Boulevard and opening the kitchens at Santana Row’s Consuelo and San Francisco’s Colibri Mexican Bistro. As a result, Padilla was able to create a flavor profile for Thea Mediterranean Cuisine filled with authentic tastes and cooking techniques.
