LB Steak Showcases New England Clambake Menu Specials

LB Steak will offer New England clambake inspired menu additions Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21 to celebrate the onset of summer (lobster bibs included!). The regular menu will also be available.

For lunch and dinner, diners will be able to enjoy such traditional offerings as an “Original” Clambake for $42.00 with a steamed 1 lb. Maine lobster, Manila clams, Penn Cove mussels, Rhode Island quahogs, sweet corn, Yellow Finn potatoes, linguica and seaweed; Fried Ipswich Clam Strips for $11.00 with tartar sauce and preserved lemon chutney; and a Lobster Roll on buttered brioche bread for $18.00 with fennel, celery, onion, sea salt and vinegar chips. More modern contributions to the spirit of the season will be Grilled Maine Lobster for $34.00 with lemon verbena gremolata, crispy seaweed, sweet corn and coconut bahn xiao; Crispy Lobster Roll for $14.00 with tempura rice pearls, lobster, butter aïoli and a licorice micro mix; and Shellfish Stuffed Squash Blossoms for $14.00 with clam and crookneck squash "chowder".
